Unified Sports Soccer Coaches Training
Coaches training will be held for all new Unified Sports Coaches on Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. at the C.I.A.C. office in Cheshire.
The first hour will cover philosophy of competition, program goals, event registration, rules, medical forms, skill levels, modifications, and coaches code of ethics. All coaches who have not yet been though training must attend this part of the session.
The second hour will be specific to soccer: designing a unified sports soccer unit plan, planning daily lessons, basic skill development and drills, and sharing ideas with other coaches.
Coaches must register to attend and may pay a fee of $11.00 for materials. Call Ann Malafronte or George Hall to sign-up by 9/19/04.
