Registration For The Casc Spring State Conference Extended Until March 1st!

High school student leaders and their advisors have a terrific opportunity on March 15 & 16 to take advantage of a fantastic series of workshops designed to improve school climate. Online registration has been extended for the annual Spring State Leadership Conference at Wesleyan University in Middletown, in cooperation with the Wesleyan Upward Bound Program and Wesleyan University.

Sponsored by EMPOWER, this conference will explore the themes of the 21st century skill: I'm a Leader...So Now What Is Right? Focus will lie on the essential question: As a Leader, Is Right Always Right? Featured this year is the "Dream Achiever" A'ric Jackson. Selected as “Best New Speaker” in 2000 by the Chicago Chapter of the International Speech Organization, and author of the book "5 Things Your Guidance Counselor Didn't Tell You!", his mission is to “T.I.E.” - Teach, Inspire and Encourage all those who hear him, and to take the challenge of helping the “NOW” generation and others pursue their goals and dreams.

Registration deadline is Friday, March 1, 2013.
