School Entered Directions NORTH HAVEN ATHLETIC COMPLEX (Including Robert DeMayo Baseball Field) - 222 MAPLE AVENUE Entrance *Softball, Baseball, Tennis, Girls’ Rugby Club I-91 NORTH - Exit 9 - MONTOWESE AVENUE At the end of the ramp take a right onto Montowese Avenue. Go to light and take a left onto RT 103 (Quinnipiac Ave). Follow north through one light (Sackett Pt Rd). The road becomes Maple Avenue. At the next light (blinking), take a left into the driveway of the North Haven Athletic Complex. I-91 SOUTH - Exit 12 - WASHINGTON AVENUE Turn left onto RT 5 South. Continue on RT 5 around the Town Green (turns into Maple Ave). Bear right at the next traffic light. At the next light (blinking light), take a right into the driveway of the North Haven Athletic Complex. RT 15 NORTH - Exit 62 - DIXWELL AVENUE Take a left at the end of the ramp. Follow to the third traffic light and take a left onto the Route 40 Connector. Take the Bailey Rd Exit (MIDDLE LANE) off the connector. When you get off the Bailey Rd exit, you are on Bailey Road. Go to the end of Bailey Rd and take a right onto Maple Avenue. Stay to the right. Follow through one light and at the next light (blinking), take a right into the driveway of the North Haven Athletic Complex. RT 15 SOUTH - Exit 63 - HARTFORD TURNPIKE Turn left at the end of the ramp onto Hartford Tpke. Follow through two traffic lights and at the third light take a left onto Dixwell Avenue. At the next light take a left onto the ROUTE 40 Connector. Take the Bailey Rd Exit (MIDDLE LANE) off the connector. When you get off the Bailey Rd exit, you are on Bailey Road. Go to the end of Bailey Rd and take a right onto Maple Avenue. Stay to the right. Follow through one light and at the next light (blinking), take a right into the driveway of the North Haven Athletic Complex. For GPS purposes, please use 221 Elm Street, North Haven, CT 06473. MIDDLE SCHOOL BASEBALL/SOCCER - Games are played on Bailey Road Field located on the campus of North Haven Middle School. Field is near the middle school entrance and adjacent to the football field. MIDDLE SCHOOL SOFTBALL - Games are played on the softball field located directly behind North Haven Middle School. However, it is closer to North Haven High School's back parking lot. For directions, use directions to North Haven High School. MIDDLE SCHOOL BASKETBALL - Use directions to North Haven High School and enter gymnasium from Elm Street side of school. I-91 NORTH - Exit 11 - Route 22 At the end of the ramp, turn right. Turn right at the first light (Washington Ave). Go through the next light. Stay to the right of the town green (do not go around the green) and continue straight onto Shawmut Ave (a small island will be on your left). Go to the end of Shawmut Ave. Bailey Road Field will be right in front of you. To continue to the middle school, take a right onto Bailey Road and a quick left into the driveway of North Haven Middle School. I-91 SOUTH - Exit 12 - WASHINGTON AVENUE At the end of the ramp, turn left. Go through the sixth traffic light. The town green will be on your left. Stay to the right of the town green (do not go around the green) and continue straight onto Shawmut Ave (a small island will be on your left). To continue to the middle school, take a right onto Bailey Road and a quick left into the driveway of North Haven Middle School. Follow to the first light and take a right onto Washington Avenue. Go to the next light and take a right onto Broadway. Go to the next light and take a left onto Elm Street. Follow Elm Street through one light. North Haven High School is 1/4 block on the left. I-91 SOUTH - Exit 12 - WASHINGTON AVENUE At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Washington Avenue (Route 5). Follow Washington Avenue to the sixth traffic light and take a right at that light onto Broadway. Go to the next light and take a left onto Elm Street. Follow Elm Street through one light. North Haven High School is 1/4 block on the left. RT 15 SOUTH - Exit 63 - Bishop Street At the end of the ramp, take a left. Follow to the third light and take a left onto Dixwell Avenue. At the next light, take a left onto the RT 40 connector. Take the Bailey Rd Exit (MIDDLE LANE) off the connector. When you get off the Bailey Road exit, you are on Bailey Road. At the light, take a right onto Elm Street. North Haven High School is about 1/4 mile on your left. RT 15 North - Exit 62 - DIXWELL AVENUE At the end of the ramp, take a left onto Dixwell Avenue. At the light, take a right onto Elm Street. North Haven High School is about 1/4 mile on your left. NORTH HAVEN’S WALTER GAWRYCH COMMUNITY POOL - 7 LINSLEY STREET *Swimming I-91 TO EXIT 11. Bear right onto RT 22 to the next light. Then take a right onto Washington Ave. GO to the next light take a right onto Broadway. GO to the next light and take a left onto Elm Street. Follow Elm Street for about 100 yards and the pool is on your left across from a cemetery. I-91 SOUTH - Exit 12 - WASHINGTON AVENUE At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Washington Avenue (Route 5). Follow Washington Avenue to the sixth traffic light and take a right at that light onto Broadway. Go to the next light and take a left onto Elm Street. Follow Elm Street for about 100 yards and the pool is on your left across from a cemetery. RT 15 North - Take Exit 63 - Bishop Street. At the end of the ramp take a right onto Bishop. Go to the light and take a right onto State St. Follow the stop sign and take a left onto Broadway. Follow the next light and take a right onto Elm Street. Follow Elm Street for about 100 yards and the pool is on your left across from a cemetery. RT 15 South - Take exit 63 - Bishop Street. At the end of the ramp take left. At the next light, take a left. Go to the second light and take a right onto State Street. Follow the stop sign and take a left onto Broadway. Follow the next light and take a right onto Elm Street. Follow Elm Street for about 100 yards and the pool is on your left across from a cemetery. NORTHFORD ICE PAVILION - 24 Fire-Lite Place, Northford *Ice Hockey I-91 NORTH - Exit 11 - ROUTE 22 Turn right at the end of the ramp onto RT 22. Follow to the light and go through the light, crossing RT 5 continuing onto RT 22 East. Stay on RT 22 East for 2.7 miles. Take a left into the Fire-Lite driveway. Continue on this driveway. The rink is on the right side across the driveway from the Fire-Lite factory. I-91 SOUTH - Exit 12 - ROUTE 5 Turn left at the end of ramp onto RT 5 South. Stay on RT 5 South for 1 mile. Turn left at the light onto RT 22 East. Stay on RT 22 East for 2.7 miles. Take a left into the Fire-Lite driveway. Continue on this driveway. The rink is on the right side across the driveway from the Fire-Lite factory. WHARTON BROOK STATE PARK - Route 5, NORTH HAVEN *Boys' & Girls' Cross Country From I-91 (NORTH or SOUTH) - Exit 13 - ROUTE 5 At the end of the long exit ramp, take a left onto Route 5 South. Park entrance is a tenth of a mile on the left. |
